Who Are The Turpin Parents?
Both Louise and David Turpin attended West Virginia High School. We do not know precisely how old they are, but we know that David is eight years older than Louise. Reports say David is currently 60 years while his hideous fellow wife is 53. The couple became interested in each other and eloped to Texas when Louise was barely 16 years old. Their love was hindered when Louise’s parents filed a complaint to the police about their action. They then returned home. In a twist of events, Louise’s father allowed them to marry. The couple then moved back to Texas.
Where Are the Turpin Parents Now?
The two monsters are currently serving jail time after pleading guilty to torture and years of abuse. They were finally arrested after years of severe torture and shackling of their children to filthy beds. The couple was arrested in January 2018. They pleaded guilty to imprisoning their children.
However, if not for Jordan Turbin, one of the daughters who found a way to escape and called the police, the children may still be in captivity. The first time the police saw her, they thought she was ten years old because of her frailing body. Nevertheless, the then 17-year-old led the police to her home, where her other siblings were bound with chains and padlocks.

What Did The Police Find At The Turpin Parents Home?
The home is located in Perris, 70 miles east of Los Angeles. The police found that the house had a foul smell, with children shackled to the bed. What further shocked the police was that seven of the children were full-grown adults. In a statement released by the Riverside County Sheriff, it read, “Deputies located what they believed to be 12 children inside the house, but were shocked to discover that seven of them were actually adults. The victims appeared to be malnourished and very dirty.”
After the rescue of the children, the ones that were younger transferred some to Riverside University Hospital System for medical treatment. The Police rescue team moved the other seven adults to Corona Regional Medical Center for treatment. The maltreatment was so bad that neighbors claimed they saw the children picking rubbish and scavenging for food in bins.
Where are The Turpin Parents Now?
After initially not pleading guilty to multiple charges of torture, child abuse on January 18, 2018, the couple finally pleaded guilty in February 2019. In April 2019, the judge sentenced the duo to 25 years to life in prison with an option for parole after 22 years. The evil parents are currently serving jail terms.
